I’m an Electrical Engineer and Senior Field Service Technician with 11+ years at Molinari S.A. (Molgroup), where I lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects across Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia. I’m the primary technical and project coordinator for installations, commissioning, and after-sales support in manufacturing environments using precision CNC machinery.

I manage end-to-end deployment of complex CNC systems—coordinating timelines, logistics, suppliers, and client expectations across multiple countries. I’m also the main client-facing coordinator, aligning milestones, resolving escalations, and ensuring delivery against agreed specifications and deadlines.

My strength is cross-functional execution: I coordinate internal technical teams, external vendors, and international manufacturers to drive on-time project completion. I perform root-cause analysis and systematic troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and application failures to reduce downtime and prevent recurrence, while maintaining quality standards through monitoring, inspection, and corrective action plans.

On top of field delivery, I train end-users and technical staff on Haas, Okuma, Famar, and Gleason systems, and I support fast diagnosis across machine controls expertise including Siemens, Okuma OSP, Haas, and Fanuc. Earlier, through Electrical Components Sales & Technical Support, I strengthened my ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions for B2B customers.
