At the National Telehealth Program – Ministry of Health, Bolivia, I designed and implemented EMR-EHR systems for national telemedicine infrastructure. I also provided remote technical support for medical equipment and consulting rooms across the country.
I configured and deployed Pandora FMS with more than 340 remote agents, interactive maps, real-time visualization, inventory, and alert management. I also implemented a private cloud solution using Synology NAS to consolidate corporate data and provide secure, scalable access.
I implemented more than 150 videoconferencing rooms using Polycom, Vidyo, Lifesize, and Zoom, with API and HTML integrations. I also managed Moodle, Joomla, and Drupal platforms for medical staff training and the institutional website.
Earlier, as a Technician at KETAL S.A., I improved industrial system performance through preventive and corrective maintenance. At Hansa Ltda., I participated in telecommunications projects involving video surveillance, data center management, PLC and SCADA traffic-control systems, videoconferencing, and VoIP.
