I’m looking to support digital-driven care by managing medical information, strengthening EHR/EMR documentation, and turning clinical evidence into clear, compliant outputs—collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes through telehealth and data-informed quality.

I’m a results-driven pharmacist with progressive experience across hospital, community, and public health settings, and I’m now transitioning into digital health career roles focused on Medical Information Specialist work. I bring a strong foundation in clinical documentation, EHR/EMR workflows, evidence-based drug information, telehealth support, and patient education.

In my NYSC Pharmacist role at Lloyd Pharmaceuticals, I delivered pharmaceutical care to 80+ patients daily with “zero dispensing error” performance.
