What I'm looking for

I'm looking to combine clinical pharmacy knowledge with digital health tools, EMR workflows, and patient-centered care to improve patient outcomes.

I bring experience with prescription processing in EMR systems, inventory and expiry tracking, pharmacovigilance, controlled medicine documentation, and SOP compliance. I also supported the WHO-project public health data collection, validation, community outreach, and reporting.

I've supported pharmacy services at Trinity Chemists/Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Federal Medical Centre Ebute-Metta, and Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba, dispensing medications, counseling patients, maintaining records, and supporting therapy reviews.
