In my current role as an Assistant Stores Controller at TheBuffalo Brewing Co., I align inventory levels with sales forecasts through Forecasting and Demand Planning to minimize overstock and stock out. I lead regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records, and I implement zone picking and batch picking (FIFO) to optimize order picking and packing.

I also strengthen quality and compliance by establishing standardized procedures for inspecting and handling defective goods, providing staff training on quality control standards, and developing KPIs to monitor and improve inventory performance. From monitoring warehouse conditions and safety compliance to dispatching stock with quality verification, I drive efficient, accurate end-to-end inventory and warehouse operations.
