I lead product vision, strategy, and delivery for FloatCare, MyFloatCare, and Float Legal at Float Group, including zero-to-one development of Float Legal.

I’ve shaped clinical intake, treatment-plan, case intake, billing, and provider communication workflows for US healthcare and legal teams. My work reduced record compilation from nine months to 30 days and provider response times from 30 days to 5–10 days.

I bridge design and engineering while leading a team of five designers, maintaining 90% on-time delivery across three concurrent B2B SaaS products. I also guide discovery, staffing, scope, UX decisions, and launch iteration.

I build AI-native tools using RAG, LLM guardrails, and human-in-the-loop review, including a clinical treatment-plan recommendation app and an adaptive PM interview-prep assistant built with Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, and Google Gemini.
