At Float Group, I owned full product direction across FloatCare, Float Legal, and MyFloatCare—from roadmap to release. I’ve been the strategic bridge between US-based stakeholders and the India delivery team, translating business intent into shipped product.

I built the product and design org from scratch by hiring and onboarding designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and graphic designers. I created and enforced design systems, UX guidelines, and component libraries across all three product verticals, then led the full migration from Sketch to Figma to unify the design workflow.

I also embedded AI tools into product workflows to accelerate discovery, documentation, and decision-making. Alongside that, I built and managed four Webflow websites independently to give the business US market visibility without engineering dependency.
