What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build high-impact backend and full-stack products where I can improve performance, reliability, and developer or operator workflows using cloud, distributed systems, and AI technologies.

At Bifinance, I built the backend and admin console for an App homepage revamp, turning a 30-minute designer-dependent banner workflow into five-minute self-service operations across five locales.

I optimize high-traffic APIs and data systems: I reduced market-ticker requests from 1.1 seconds to milliseconds and brought a commission-report API down to 140ms by addressing full-table scans.

I've built automated spot-hedging services with RocketMQ, Redis-backed serving layers, and safeguards including idempotency and CAS state machines. At ThirstyBrain, I improved stock-management throughput, reduced order API latency, and introduced OpenSearch for relevance-ranked search across 500K+ records.

I'm completing an Interactive Arts and Technology degree at Simon Fraser University and have also built a full-stack document Q&A product using React, Node.js, LangChain, and the OpenAI API.
