At Dana Incorporated, I lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for safety-critical brake assemblies, wheel ends, and ductile iron knuckles across 25 suppliers and $95M in annual spend.

I've led a ductile iron knuckle resourcing program that avoided more than $7M in potential cost impact while protecting supply continuity. I'm also driving brake assembly resourcing targeting more than $2.5M in cost reduction.

Previously at Aludyne, I managed $80M across 60 suppliers and five global commodities, authored five-year commodity strategies, and delivered $800K in annual savings through resourcing and VAVE initiatives.

My automotive supply chain background began at General Motors, where I managed 45 Tier-1 suppliers and 1,000+ parts, negotiated savings exceeding $1M annually, and helped prevent assembly plant shutdowns during the U.S. Steel supply crisis.
