At Arcana Neuralis, I designed and built Parse, an engine that extracts structured data from invoices, documents, and emails against user-defined schemas. Parallel AI agent runs score confidence so high-confidence results can be accepted automatically while other results go to human review.
I also built AI Email Management to classify business email using configurable policies, with a review queue and attachment hand-off to data extraction. I set up the Django application architecture, designed the platform and website, and prototyped subscriptions and billing.
At Quartagamma Ticino SA, I automated ERP data entry, cutting the time required by 95%+, and redesigned invoicing logic to cut invoicing time by 40% with fewer errors. I also automated order intake from Swiss retailers and built a goods-receipt web app for quality control, batch, and supplier tracking.
