What I'm looking for

I seek customer-facing roles in retail or events where I can ensure safety, improve attendee experience, drive sales and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.

I am a customer-focused events and retail professional with hands-on experience in sales, stewarding and volunteer instruction. I've worked in busy retail and live-event environments where clear communication and a polished presentation were essential.

At Schuh I delivered attentive customer service, adapted to peak trading demands and supported colleagues to ensure smooth customer journeys. In event steward roles I ensured crowd safety, guided attendees, and adapted my communication to handle challenging situations professionally.
