With a strong background in finance, administration, and operational oversight, I focus on strengthening how teams deliver quality—consistently and transparently.

In my previous role as Head of Admin/Finance at Blake & Harper, I managed financial responsibilities while also implementing internal controls, conducting asset verification, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards. I carried out spot checks, coordinated audit processes, and strengthened reporting systems to improve transparency and efficiency. These experiences developed my ability to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and uphold quality standards.

Working within both the banking sector and nonprofit space reinforced my ability to manage high volumes of documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance. I’m skilled in developing and monitoring systems that support accountability, and I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality delivery. I’m passionate about contributing to impactful organizations like UNICEF, where quality assurance directly supports sustainable outcomes.
