I build end-to-end AI and automation systems that remove manual effort from business operations. My work includes AI email categorisation and routing in n8n, a hands-free gym membership lifecycle system, and a Zapier sales reconciliation and reporting pipeline.
At Siesta.ng, I build and maintain Zapier and Make workflows for customer communication, lead management, and operational pipelines. I also created an AI voice concierge with Vapi and n8n, using live tool-calling and Telegram escalation for complex customer queries.
