I’m seeking a role where I can support executives and clients, manage office operations and schedules, and handle customer inquiries with empathy, confidentiality, and strong follow-up to improve day-to-day efficiency.

I’m a highly organized Administrative Support Professional with a background in education, office administration, customer service, and entrepreneurship. I focus on communication, problem-solving, data management, and stakeholder engagement—while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

In my Admin Support Lead role, I managed day-to-day administrative operations, coordinated meetings and schedules, prepared official correspondence and reports, and maintained accurate records and filing systems. I also responded to inquiries and supported leadership with project coordination and administrative planning.

As the Founder and CEO of a customer-focused pastry business, I oversee procurement, marketing, client relations, finances, and inventory to support growth and customer satisfaction. I also bring classroom experience—planning lessons, supporting learners, and handling academic reporting and documentation through multiple teaching roles.
