What I'm looking for

I seek roles building and optimizing ETL and data warehouse systems within collaborative, growth-oriented teams where I can apply PySpark/DBT expertise and drive measurable performance improvements.

I am a proactive and curious programmer with a strong background in data engineering, ETL development, and business intelligence. I have led projects and contributed as a senior developer on global teams, delivering high-quality results focused on customer needs.

Currently I maintain and develop features for a data warehouse using PySpark and DBT on AWS Databricks, and I continuously optimize table performance. Previously, I designed and supported Big Data ETL workflows on Cloudera using Pentaho, gaining hands-on experience with large-scale data platforms.

I have also led a small development team building web applications in C# (Entity Framework, MVC4) and PHP (CakePHP), designed databases for analysis, and implemented reporting with the Pentaho suite. I communicate in Spanish and English and hold practical expertise across multiple databases and orchestration tools.
