At Kwena Music Academy, I provide strategic and operational leadership for the Music Department, including academic delivery, staffing, budgeting and quality assurance. I lead a department of 14 teaching staff delivering programmes to more than 340 students.
I plan and deliver concerts, showcases and external performances, and coordinate rehearsals, technical production and production logistics. I also lead internal quality assurance for accredited vocational programmes and coordinate external moderation visits under RSL UK standards.
