At Accenture, I work on SailPoint IdentityIQ for the Cencora project, supporting identity governance and access management. I develop and customize workflows and identity profiles for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
I create rules and transforms for identity attribute mapping and data processing, and onboard applications using Active Directory, JDBC, and Web Services connectors. I also manage account and entitlement aggregation and correlation.
I integrate SailPoint with ServiceNow and CyberArk, and configure role-based access controls and certification campaigns for access reviews and compliance reporting. I’ve also built custom Quick Links and service account management modules.
I provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, resolving platform issues within agreed service levels. I hold the SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun.
