What I'm looking for

I'm building toward advanced data analysis, reporting automation and business intelligence work, developing my technical capability through SQL and machine learning coursework.

At Centra Malahide, I owned and managed the Soft Beverages category, reconciling sales, stock and supplier data to investigate discrepancies and track performance. I analysed Salesforce CRM and operational data, then produced weekly and monthly management reports, performance scorecards and KPI summaries.

I also improved data management and reporting workflows by developing SOPs and process documentation. I presented findings at operational meetings and worked with commercial, supply chain and finance-facing teams to resolve queries.

At Shankar's Book Agency Pvt. Ltd., I designed and carried out operational and market analysis, combining data collection, benchmarking and trend analysis into reports with recommendations for senior leadership. My academic work includes survey design, data collection and SPSS inferential statistical analysis, and I'm currently developing my SQL and machine learning capabilities through Harvard and MIT coursework.
