At City of Lewisville, I developed Python and R OCR workflows to extract records from scanned as-built drawings and prototyped classifiers to predict pipe material. The project identified 1,000+ potential lead-pipe-free locations and $1M+ in estimated savings.
As an independent consultant, I built Python pipelines for geospatial data and applied a pretrained deep learning model to aerial imagery to extract building footprints. I also developed GeoTIFF processing tools and automated geodatabase refreshes, reducing processing time by 80% per run.
