What I'm looking for

I seek roles building and maintaining backend systems or full-stack applications using modern stacks, where I can improve public services, work in a collaborative team, and continue learning in applied data and system operations.

I am an IT professional with hands-on experience as an IT Officer and backend developer, focused on building reliable web applications and municipal systems using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), React, and MySQL. I have led development and implementation of practical solutions such as a Visitor Ticketing System and an ID Card Issuer System for a rural municipality, and I monitor and maintain multiple CMIS platforms.

I hold a BE in Electronics and Communication and am currently pursuing an MSc.IT. I combine software development, database management, and basic network and telecom commissioning skills, and I enjoy applying updated technologies to improve public-sector service delivery.
