Ernest Sedem Koku Damankah

I am an education professional with over 10 years of experience in teaching, school administration, and educational leadership. I hold a B.Ed. in Psychology & Foundations of Education with a Mathematics major and a Diploma in Basic Education.

I led the rollout of the Common Core Programme as a Municipal Trainer of Teachers and improved teaching standards across the circuit. I design engaging lesson plans in Mathematics, English, Computing and Science, and incorporate play-based learning and Scratch coding to boost student participation.

In administration, I oversee daily school operations, scheduling, resource allocation, and staff coordination, and I mentor junior teachers through professional development workshops. I also have experience operating and training staff on biometric verification devices for elections and marking national examination papers as an assistant examiner.
