What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote backend role.

At Gorigeek, I took end-to-end ownership of the payments domain, moving the Openpay integration from the main webservice into a standalone Java/Spring Boot microservice so payments can deploy independently.

I design REST APIs and data models for mobile and web clients, and lead and mentor a team of 8 developers under Scrum. I also work directly with business teams to gather requirements.

At Grupo UPAX, I built an event-driven pipeline using Oracle, AWS SQS, Kinesis, and Redshift to process thousands to millions of records for reliable replication and near real-time analytics. I also built an Amazon Cognito authentication service that automated provisioning across 8 integrated systems.

Earlier, I developed Java and Spring Boot APIs and event-driven systems at EKS Solutions / Freelance, built cross-border payment processing with Stripe at Simbiosis, and developed Java desktop applications for point-of-sale systems at Inusual Software. My TaskFlow project combines a Java and Spring Boot API with a React frontend and an Apache Kafka audit system.
