Erlym Garcia

At KingProperties, I develop architectural concepts and site plans, especially for master planning horizontal developments and mass housing. I also prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

I prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and as-built plans. I monitor project schedules and design milestones, and take part in coordination meetings.

I assist with permit requirements and check drawings against applicable building regulations. I also conduct site visits to verify construction progress and compliance.

At OnPointDreamworksInc., I assisted with architectural plans and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects. I supported design development through space planning, drafting, 3D modeling, and architectural visualization.
