I am looking for a role that allows me to inspire students and innovate curriculum while fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking educational environment.

As an innovative educator and tech executive with over 25 years of experience, I am passionate about fostering the next generation of business leaders through experiential learning and cutting-edge curriculum design. My journey has taken me through various roles in higher education, strategic IT management, and entrepreneurship, where I have consistently led initiatives that transform educational programs and integrate industry 4.0 concepts.

In my recent role as Country Manager at SDA Albania by Protik, I spearheaded the development of a leading tech training academy, focusing on Coding, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering. I collaborated with industry leaders to design curricula that align with current market demands and organized the Tirana Digital Nomad Festival, which attracted global talent and fostered a vibrant tech community. My commitment to innovation is further exemplified by my work as Executive Director of Protik Innovation Centre, where I supported over 100 startups through mentorship and strategic partnerships.
