Erin Fligel

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across education, music, and design—each role building on the last and giving me a strong foundation of adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving that I bring to every team. My path has been anything but linear, but that’s exactly what makes me effective in dynamic, global environments.

I began my career as a teacher, where I mastered time management, people leadership, and the ability to think quickly under pressure—skills that proved invaluable as I transitioned into the music industry as a Publicist. There, I managed publicity campaigns for 10+ clients at once, coordinated with artists and media, and oversaw an intern program, all while rapidly learning the intricacies of a new industry.

My curiosity and love for creative communication led me into design. What began with Canva projects grew into formal training in Photoshop, Illustrator, and a graduate degree focused on marketing and content creation. That foundation opened the door to my current work as a Graphic Designer, where I create across print, digital, video, and motion graphics, with proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign. Working alongside a Creative Director has taught me the importance of approaching every challenge with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Taken together, these experiences have prepared me to thrive in new industries and remote, collaborative environments. I’m motivated by learning quickly, solving problems creatively, and connecting with people across disciplines and cultures.
