I’m a detail-oriented, MSN-prepared Registered Nurse with 19 years of acute, critical, perioperative, and care coordination experience. My focus is clinical assessment, physician communication, and documentation review that supports continuity of care, clinical accuracy, and better patient outcomes.

Across high-acuity ICU, PACU, and procedure-support roles, I recognized severity of illness and risk, escalated changes in condition quickly, and helped guide care through accurate clinical communication of patient acuity, risk of mortality, and quality measures. I’ve managed complex disease processes and delivered advanced life-support care, including hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator support, sedation therapies, vasoactive drips, blood products, and emergency interventions in rapidly changing situations.

I bring strong regulatory compliance and quality-and-safety discipline to every workflow. I review and interpret complex clinical documentation to ensure best practices and compliance, support patient and family education, and coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams to maintain documentation accuracy and continuity of treatment plans.

Currently, I serve as a School Nurse providing direct care while managing and documenting student health records in compliance with FERPA and HIPAA. I also lead infection control measures, support individualized health plans for students with complex needs, and facilitate onboarding and clinical training—backed by leadership training, quality and safety certifications, precepting experience, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt training.
