What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a long term role in art direction where I can keep growing as a creative leader. I’m used to large volume and high pressure work, having led a team through 200+ events per year, and I’m ready to move beyond my event marketing background into new creative challenges and formats.

I’m a creative leader with a background in Film & Audiovisual, currently Head of Creation at GRPP Ventures. I lead and coordinate a team of 6, owning the full creative scope for 200+ events per year, from digital content to on-site event materials. I built this path from intern to creative lead in three years, combining strategic thinking, art direction, and motion design production. Outside of work, I’m co-founder of Flor de Maio Films, where I develop short films and music videos. I’m fluent in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and use AI-integrated workflows to speed up production without compromising quality.
