In my current Bilingual Assistant/Payments Area role, I manage daily email requests from U.S.-based teams and handle payment validation, fund application, and data accuracy across internal systems.

Previously, as a Bank Cashier / Digital Advisor, I provided administrative and customer support through in-person and telephone communication while managing high-value and confidential banking documents. I’m organized, responsible, and adaptable, and I coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, ensuring reporting and documentation remain accurate and confidential.
