I've operated business-critical infrastructure for Melita, Kantar Ibope Media, and PagSeguro/PagBank, building reliable AWS Kubernetes platforms for high-traffic services. My work combines GitOps delivery, infrastructure automation, and observability that helps teams operate production systems confidently.

At Melita, I run production Kubernetes microservices through ArgoCD, Helm, and an app-of-apps model across development, staging, and production. I implemented blue/green and canary releases with Argo Rollouts, built Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry observability, and use Terraform to maintain AWS and GCP environments.

At Kantar Ibope Media, I led the consolidation of AWS and Azure into a single AWS architecture, reducing operational complexity and infrastructure cost. I also designed EKS foundations, rebuilt alerting around SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and resolved recurring JVM OOMKills affecting Spring Boot workloads.

Earlier, I supported payment-platform reliability at PagSeguro/PagBank through incident response, capacity planning, Kubernetes scaling, and Python and Shell automation. Across more than eight years in infrastructure and DevOps, I've worked with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud migrations.
