At Fraktal Softwares, I conduct discovery, talk with customers, define flows, and create interactive prototypes for SaaS products. I work through user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints with stakeholders and engineering.
At A&3 Tecnologia, I worked end-to-end on GovTech products, structuring user journeys, business rules, and service flows. I contributed to SIABES, e-Matrículas, and SIAGRES, and represented the company’s portfolio at Smart City Expo Curitiba 2024.
My work includes the digital school enrollment experience for e-Matrículas, where research and validation with operators helped revise requirements and reduce friction in a process previously marked by in-person service. I also explore Design Engineering with code and AI to bring prototypes closer to implementation.
