What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior imaging operations leadership role where I can optimize multi-modality cardiovascular workflows, improve patient throughput and quality, and ensure regulatory readiness—partnering with physicians and executives to grow high-performing teams.

I’m an Imaging Operations and Cardiovascular Imaging leader with 25+ years driving operational excellence across CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and X-ray in high-acuity healthcare environments. I’m known for optimizing workflows, improving patient throughput, and ensuring regulatory readiness while strengthening patient care and organizational performance.

In my current role as Multi-Modality Supervisor for outpatient services, I supervise daily operations across CT, Nuclear Medicine, and X-ray, partnering with structural heart clinic leadership to align imaging operations with procedural workflows. I develop scheduling protocols, monitor performance metrics and patient satisfaction, and lead multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Previously, I led operations across MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Computed Tomography, driving team efficiency through workflow optimization, cross-training, and strategic resource allocation. I also developed operational protocols, maintained accreditation standards, oversaw asset management and equipment functionality, and resolved conflicts to support high employee engagement.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Cardiac Multimodality Technologist and CT Supervisor, delivering advanced cardiac CT imaging (including gated exams, calcium scoring, pre-operative CTAs, and 3D post-processing) and leading process improvement and clinical protocol standardization. With an MBA-prepared background, I bring strengths in strategic planning, performance improvement, change leadership, and building high-performing teams.
