At Tio Tours and Travel, I develop customized domestic and international itineraries, prepare travel budgets, book flights and accommodations, and guide clients through visa and passport procedures. I also coordinate vendors, manage travel documentation, oversee social media campaigns, and represent the company at promotional exhibitions.

Previously at Milestone Travels Ltd, I arranged flights, hotels, airport transfers, and travel packages while processing payments and supporting client orientation. My International Relations and Diplomatic Studies background, alongside Galileo and IATA fares and ticketing training, supports my work in travel coordination, customer service, and formal communication.
