At Jaryan | جریان, I supported financial planning and decision-making for a digital advertising platform. I maintained and analyzed the main financial sheet to track revenues, costs, and margins.
I also developed financial models and forecasts to guide strategic and operational decisions, collaborating with the CEO and cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business goals.
Over the years, I’ve developed the SANE framework for building models that don’t break under pressure: Structure, Assumptions, Navigation, and Error-Proofing.
