At Charter Communications, I design and maintain AWS infrastructure with Terraform and CAPI/CAPA, automating provisioning for production and non-production workloads. I also build delivery pipelines with GitLab, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
I deploy Docker-based microservices to Kubernetes and implement canary and blue/green releases with automated rollback strategies. I connect application delivery with AWS DNS and certificate management using NGINX Ingress, Route53, and ACM.
At Charter Communications, I build monitoring and alerting with tools including CloudWatch and Datadog to support production reliability. I participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response, and perform root cause analysis for critical events.
Previously, I automated infrastructure and delivery workflows at Infosys Ltd. and Ricoh USA, including reusable Terraform modules and Jenkins pipelines. Earlier, as a Linux Systems Administrator at KU Television and Radio Ltd., I administered RHEL systems and automated provisioning with Ansible and shell scripts.
