I’m a seasoned Insurance Sales Advisor with over 20yrs experience. In 2017 I achieved highest Funeral policy sales nationwide. I met sales targets and handled after-sales service, collection & receipting of premiums, communicating with clients by phone, email and letter. To achieve this I employed Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Earlier in my career, I worked as an Accounts Clerk for over 10 years reconciling payments and refunds to individual policies, and Accounts Receivable to bank statements, ensuring 100% collections. I made sure entries are posted (and balanced) to the correct ledgers and time-sensitive journal entries for month-end closing.
I also served as Supervisor - Accounts, where I supervised 8 Accounts Clerks, ensured zero errors in accounts posting, managed deadlines, and ran scheduled performance reviews.
