What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an accounting role where I can apply financial reporting, ZIMRA tax compliance, billing, reconciliation, and debt-collection experience while contributing to accurate decisions, healthy cash flow, and efficient operations.

I'm currently handling accounts and administration at Optimus Motors, where I manage insurance liaison and claims processing, customer billing, invoicing, debt collection, and monthly management and financial statements.

I ensure VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax compliance with ZIMRA while maintaining general ledger reconciliations and supporting sound financial decision-making.

Previously, I spent nearly a decade as an Accounting Clerk at Innov8 Bookshop, maintaining the general ledger and cash book, producing weekly revenue reports, computing ZIMRA returns, and managing petty cash, costing, pricing, and the asset register.

I began in sales at Innov8 Bookshop, building customer-service experience through product promotion, sales reporting, stock maintenance, and assisting customers with pricing enquiries. I'm motivated by accurate reporting, efficient execution, teamwork, and strong customer relationships.
