At Plaintext Cybersecurity Solutions, I administer Microsoft Intune across Windows workstation fleets, enforcing security baselines, hardening standards, and update ring policies.
I manage identities, groups, and access controls in Entra ID and Active Directory, including Conditional Access, Entra Connect, Group Policy, and Microsoft Graph API-based provisioning.
I build PowerShell automation for device lifecycles, hardening tasks, and recurring operational workflows, reducing manual configuration effort. I also harden Windows Server environments and bring hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
My earlier SOC and NOC roles strengthened my ability to monitor threats, investigate incidents, support end users, and troubleshoot network and endpoint issues using tools including FortiSIEM, VirusTotal, and ANY.RUN.
