What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a management accounting role where I can own month-end close, produce strong management reporting, and partner with senior stakeholders to turn variance analysis into better decisions within a compliant, audit-ready environment.

I’m a Management Accountant with full oversight of entity month-end close activities and reporting, providing financial insights that support decision-making. I ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

In my current role, I prepare monthly reporting packs for senior management, delivering commentary on key variances and one-offs. I also support the group external audit process by providing timely information and answering auditor queries effectively, while helping to develop and implement new financial systems.

Previously, as an Assistant Management Accountant, I owned period-end reporting and postings, ensuring accuracy and clear variance explanations. I completed monthly balance sheet reconciliations for entities and maintained strong financial controls aligned with SOX, continuously improving processes and systems to meet operational and financial needs.

My earlier experience includes Assistant Accountant and Assistant Accountant duties across cashflow forecasting, reconciliations, payroll procedures for over 100 staff weekly using Sage and Moneysoft, and credit control support. I bring strong technical reporting and analysis skills from my ACCA Affliate status and MSc Accounting and Finance education, with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and BI.
