At Treffen Renewable Energy Investment Ltd, I design a customer portal for home solar and inverter consumption, turning complex energy data into clear, actionable experiences. I conducted contextual inquiries and journey-mapping workshops with 30+ homeowners and small businesses, then designed and tested mobile-first billing and energy-dashboard prototypes.

At Carmel Nigeria Limited, I redesigned the offline-to-online water-credit token-purchase journey after conducting 20+ tenant interviews. The redesign contributed to a 35% increase in successful task completion and a 25% reduction in support tickets.

At Fiodara, I led end-to-end design for a customer-facing e-commerce storefront and internal admin dashboard, creating workflows and responsive design patterns for customer and back-office tasks.

More recently, I authored product-design benchmark tasks and evaluated AI conversations at Meridial Expert Network. I built evaluation packages with scoring rubrics and documented evidence of model behaviour.
