What I'm looking for

I’m ready to bring my experience into an ambitious organization where new ideas find support and I can stay customer- and research-oriented, work with strong minds, and contribute hands-on.

At Pivony, I developed Decision Intelligence products using Agentic AI, multi-agent workflows, RAG, and LLM integrations to surface churn risk and revenue opportunities from customer data. I took eight enterprise SaaS products through the full product lifecycle, from go-to-market strategy to sales and customer support.

At MIT Media Lab, I researched computational social science and NLP, building knowledge extraction from US talk radio; that work was published at ICWSM 2020. Earlier at Vodafone, I built churn prediction models and a Big Data pipeline for real-time contextual recommendations, and filed 22 patent applications, 11 of which were granted.
