I’m a Compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in dialysis and critical care support. I bring strong clinical assessment skills, patient advocacy, and a commitment to evidence-based practice in every interaction.

At Capital Health, I provide hemodialysis treatments for acute and chronic patients while ensuring safety, accuracy, and adherence to protocols. I conduct patient assessments, manage access sites, administer medications, and respond quickly to clinical changes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

I also supported nursing staff as a Critical Care Technician, strengthening my clinical foundation through vital signs monitoring, EKGs, glucose checks, and patient mobility. During emergency situations, I helped ensure timely support and safer continuity of care.

Before nursing, I built my communication and education strengths through a background in esthetics and five years of customer-centered work in the beauty industry. I’m currently enrolled in the RN–BSN Program at Capella University, focusing on evidence-based practice, leadership, and population health, and I bring that same learner mindset to patient education and care.
