I’m a Registered Nurse with five years of experience providing high-quality care coordination to patients in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings. In a fast-paced cardiology clinic, I provide in-person and remote care to 20–40 patients daily, triaging phone and EHR chat messages and escalating concerns to physicians and nurse practitioners using clinical judgment.

I excel at clinical documentation and chart auditing, and I manage the full insurance workflow for care continuity—handling denials and appeals, submitting prior authorizations, and writing Letters of Medical Necessity while keeping communication clear at each step. I also provide patient education on cardiac disease processes, medications, and procedures, and I monitor hundreds of patient devices to prioritize outreach based on clinical severity.

Alongside my nursing work, I’ve built an analytics and systems mindset through an MS Healthcare Data Science pathway (expected 2027) and experience as a Remote Program Coordinator for Deeper Than Money, LLC. I coordinated a 12-week Wealth Accelerator program for 130–160 clients quarterly and delivered sales data analytics for customer acquisition, lifespan, and success metrics to leadership—reflecting how I like to work: organized, collaborative, and focused on measurable outcomes.
