I’m an experienced Registered Nurse with over 20 years of progressive cardiovascular, cardiac surgery, and structural heart experience. My focus is TAVR coordination and nurse navigation, along with clinical documentation review and utilization support to strengthen prior authorizations, quality reporting, and reimbursement processes.

Since 2025, I’ve been working as a Remote Clinical Data Abstractor, performing detailed abstraction and review of complex cardiovascular medical records. I interpret physician documentation to ensure accurate capture of clinical data elements supporting regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy, while maintaining high productivity and accuracy in a performance-driven remote environment.

From 2018 onward, I’ve served as a Nurse Navigator / TAVR Coordinator, delivering pre-procedure coordination through post-discharge education for patients undergoing TAVR and structural heart interventions. I coordinate multidisciplinary heart team meetings, review referring-provider records for appropriateness, organize clinical documentation for payer approval, and collect and submit data for the STS/ACC TVT Registry.

Earlier in my career, I advanced through cardiovascular ICU and leadership roles, including RN work in the Cardiothoracic ICU and Assistant Patient Care Manager for the Cath Angio Pre/Post Unit. I bring strong clinical writing, critical thinking, and organizational skills, and I support compliance, patient safety, and evidence-based workflows—independently and in team-based settings.
