I'm developing and reviewing End Point Assessment materials for Gateway Qualifications' Level 4 Sport Coaching Apprenticeship, while facilitating inclusive sport and wellbeing sessions for adults with learning disabilities at Liberdade Community Trust.
Previously, I led Level 1–3 sport coaching, foundation degree sport coaching, and fitness instructing and personal training programmes at Tyne Coast College. I planned, delivered and assessed across multiple units, tracked attendance, progression and retention, and mentored new staff.
Football is central to my work: I coach at Cramlington United FC, support U6–U10 coaches and teams, organise participation events, fundraising and tournament trips, and manage team social media to engage families and the local community.
Across education, community sport and football settings, I enjoy creating positive, supportive environments where participants, learners and colleagues can develop.
