At Huawei supporting MTN Nigeria, I lead Datacom IPRAN delivery across IP/MPLS, IMS, and data center environments. I coordinated a reconstructed three-layer network architecture for IMS proof-of-concept sites in Asaba, Ojota, and Abuja, spanning solution design, installation, integration, and inter-site routing.
I've designed and provisioned Massive MIMO connectivity on 215+ Huawei routers, migrated enterprise L2VPN and L3VPN services with less than one hour of downtime, and expanded access, aggregation, and core link capacity to support 20% more traffic. I also automate network-performance reporting with Python and Power BI, cutting weekly reporting time by 30%.
My work covers Huawei and Cisco routing and switching, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS, VPN/VRF isolation, firewall policy configuration, FTTH provisioning, and iMaster NCE operations. I work closely with DWDM, wireless, microwave, power, fiber, and stakeholder teams to resolve complex service-impact issues.
Earlier, I delivered 2G/3G/4G integration, commissioning, MIMO implementation, and site-readiness activities for GLO through LN Outsourcing Limited, Omnicom Solutions Limited, and Huawei.
