In my role at Bybit (2022–2024), I managed crypto communities across Telegram, Discord, and Twitter/X, supported digital marketing campaigns, created promotional content and community updates, and provided user support to maintain a positive community atmosphere.

I’ve also moderated and enforced platform guidelines at Wirexpaychain (2023–2025), assisted with influencer outreach and marketing campaigns, collected user feedback, and supported onboarding activities. At WhiteBIT (2024–2026), I managed social media strategies, created promotional/educational content, monitored analysis to optimize performance, and engaged directly to support brand growth initiatives.
