What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and ship full-stack AI systems that automate real business workflows—retrieval to deployment—with strong engineering boundaries, safe fallbacks, and clear operational documentation while collaborating closely with clients and teams.

I build full-stack AI systems on business workflows, turning model capabilities into reliable operations. At Hermit Edge, I design backend boundaries for retrieval, structured outputs, schema validation, deterministic fallback paths, protected write paths, and cost controls—then implement, deploy, document, and maintain private client systems.

Before that, I led global healthcare operations automation at IQVIA, using Azure AI, FastAPI, SQL, and rule-based validation to convert manual document, reporting, and ETL workflows into structured automation with clearer runtime behavior and lower manual review burden. Earlier roles across operations, compliance, sales, QA, records, and public-sector processes shaped how I handle messy inputs, approval flows, reporting deadlines, controlled access, and maintainability.
