At First Derivative, I lead delivery for a tier 1 investment bank’s Risk & Finance RTB team, owning scope, release planning, risk and reporting. We deliver weekly production releases using Kanban across more than 20 applications.
When the managed service contract ended, the client retained me on a time-and-materials basis. I then led a seamless transition to a new production support team and delivered audit remediation against a hard deadline.
I also lead the Platform team, working with engineers on architecture, upgrades and release-process improvements. Earlier at First Derivative, I led and coached a team of 10 and helped bring separate Risk and Finance support and development teams together.
