I am a Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations Executive with over 20 years of international experience leading commercial operations, strategic business growth, and full P&L responsibilities across Africa and global markets. I build and scale business units, transform supply chain functions, negotiate high-value international contracts, and deliver cost optimisation, risk management, and operational efficiency at senior levels within multi-country operations.

Currently, as a self-employed Commercial Operations, Supply Chain & Global Sourcing Consultant, I advise private and public sector organisations across mining, petroleum, manufacturing, quasi-government and FMCG sectors—driving procurement and supply chain initiatives that strengthen performance and resilience. Previously, I served as Commercial Director at Lumetar Petroleum (Pty) Ltd, where I established procurement, logistics and trading frameworks from inception, negotiated inbound and outbound fuel agreements, and implemented performance management and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
