I’m a supply chain management professional with over 18 years of experience across mines and humanitarian contexts. I’ve built my career around procurement, sourcing, logistics, and inventory—always focused on making sure critical equipment, spare parts, and supplies are available while keeping costs and lead times under control.

In my current role as Supply chain Manager at ERG METALKOL, I manage procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships for heavy equipment rentals to mining companies. I developed and implemented the Supply Chain strategy, reduced procurement lead times, optimized inventory levels to minimize stockouts, negotiated supplier contracts for significant savings, and established KPIs to monitor procurement, inventory, and supplier performance.
