I've led procurement and contracting across 12 countries for the United Nations World Food Programme Regional Bureau Johannesburg, managing sourcing strategies, tenders, negotiations, contract awards, and supplier performance.
I improve procurement efficiency through standardized templates, guidelines, SOPs, performance reporting, market research, and staff training. My process-improvement and strategic-sourcing work reduced procurement cycle times, delivered cost savings, and supported external audits with no major procurement compliance findings.
Earlier at WFP, I managed multimodal transport operations across Southern Africa, coordinated fleet and transport providers, and tracked transport lead-time and cost KPIs. I also managed shipments, customs clearance, last-mile distribution, and humanitarian logistics support in Zimbabwe.
My experience also includes warehouse management at Africare Zimbabwe and donor-funded procurement for IOM in South Sudan and Zimbabwe. I bring more than 15 years of work in procurement, contract management, logistics, compliance, supplier management, and capacity building.
